Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will give you complete command over your e-mail accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new email box in no time and manage its settings with ease. Moreover, you can forward mails from one e-mailbox to another, set up mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your mail accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your mailbox accounts against spam mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted email messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming electronic mails according to specific rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily create an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and specify the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email box to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Simply specify the e-mail box you want to redirect e-mails from, then specify the target e-mail box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your preference to access your email boxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do everything else.
